We’ve all been hearing how WeWorks is on the verge of bankruptcy or total collapse.

How can this benefit you? 

Every landlord who has WeWorks has a tenant is extremely nervous, and they should be. Many of them have made the mistake of renting too much of their space to WeWorks, and this puts them at extreme risk should WeWorks fail. 

This is a rare opportunity for anyone looking for discounted rent for premium commercial space worldwide. 

At the bottom of this memo, I have the worldwide list of WeWorks current commercial addresses.

I’ve interviewed many landlords who have WeWorks as a tenant, in cities all over the world. All of them are extremely nervous as WeWorks is an inordinate and extremely large part of their tenant rosters.

This is the time to do your research. Review the list below, find addresses you are interested in, and start calling those landlords. Tell them you are interested in helping them out of this terrible WeWorks situation they have gotten themselves into. Your goal is to negotiate a long-term lease for a heavily discounted rate for a longer than average term.
