Most of us know that home sales have been booming in the suburbs and bordering states of major cities.
There is a related opportunity here though. Many of us have summer rental properties and most of them sit empty the rest of the year. Millions of people want to flee the cities, but don’t assume that they want to buy!
Many of them prefer to rent and they don’t mind renting on a month to month or other non-traditional basis.
Do you have rental properties that are usually rented only during the summer months? My suggestion is that you start to advertise your summer rental properties in cities that have become extremely dangerous and where people need an escape plan.
Your safe summer rentals may be the perfect answer for these families.
You may be able to rent your properties every month through the start of next year’s summer season.
Summer 2020 is at an end, so the timing couldn’t be better.
