Are you an Onlyfans content creator who was recently contacted by the IRS?

If so, and you need advice on how to navigate the situation, please call me on 732-673-0510.

I don’t have many specifics, but it seems that there is at least an IRS investigation into Fenix International Limited, the parent company of Onlyfans. There may also be other lawsuits filed by the government.

Some content creators are being served subpoenas from the United States Federal Courts and the IRS to provide information on their Onlyfans accounting and income tax returns.

Remember, the IRS has an important job to do, but my advice is to get legal and tax advice before agreeing to talk to them about anything substantial.

It seems that the main investigators are in Georgia, which may mean there is a case being heard in the federal court there.
